It is a widespread varietal which is now doing very well in many olive growing regions in both hemispheres. The Arbequina is desired for its signature smooth fruitiness, and its fresh and mild profile. It is a delightfully fresh and versatile olive oil. One of our most popular oils!
Tasting Profile / Serving Suggestions: Produced in early November, this year’s Californian harvest of the Arbequina is Certified Organic. This Arbequina is creamy & delicate with notes of green olive, green almond and creamy artichoke. On the palate it presents a balanced flavour profile with a very subtle peppery finish and low bitterness. A versatile and popular olive oil variety every season. Extremely high smoke point due to low FFA!peppery finish and low bitterness.
